This configuration of tanks is a prototype to test a natural aeration and filtration process. The idea is that the supply from the ram pump trickles into a tank creating bubbles, aerating and mixing it, that tank then overflows and falls into another and then again into a third tank, by which point I'm hoping all the iron has been removed and a simple particle filter will leave quality water. That final tank will overflow into another couple of storage tanks that will be used for the automated irrigation system for the poly tunnels, and those tanks will overflow into the duck pond at the top of the land to keep it fresh.
