The irrigation doesn't seem to have been doing a good job lately, so I checked the small filter in the timer valve and found that it had become completely blocked again. Its only a tiny filter and all it takes is a leaf or something small to block it up. This keeps happening so I decided to add a larger filter to the system. Its turned orange all ready from all the iron in the water, but I think its going to take much longer to block up and I will be able to see when it does. It should also be a lot easier to clean.
